Genesis
Rakesh Trading Company is an organization which has diversified interest in the field of sales and service. We started our operations way back in 1995. Being a niche player; we have got a turnover of over Rs. 64 crore per annum. We have over a decade of experience in setting the standards for sales & service deliverables.

The organization has consistently exceeded company expectations in terms of deliverables, both in distribution & retail sales stream. for this consistent performance we have been awarded with many awards and recognitions from both sales and service divisions. We are also associated with Sony, Canon the world leader in digital imaging products, as the premium partner.

Modus operandi
We are different compared to many other service oriented firms in several meaningful ways. Here all the new hires go through 3 months internship, and on the job training to gain experience in the application of concepts and knowledge acquired during in house training. Because of these practices relationships do permit the natural and free expression of feelings which are non-phoney & authentic and results in increased interpersonal competence. This ‘psychologically safe environment’ results in greater organizational success.
